Bubali Residence - Villas & Apartments is located just 12 minutes walking distance from the 3rd best beach in the World ‘Eagle Beach’ and 5 minutes’ drive from Palm Beach Plaza Shopping Mall and Paseo Herencia. And a plus is that it is also close to all high-rise hotels and the area with a variety of restaurants. Guests can find the biggest supermarket on the island just around the corner of our property ‘Superfood Plaza’.

Nice apartment complex. 5 min walk to the store, 15 min walk to the beach. Easy access to main roads.Apartment was clean, and cleaning and fresh linens were offered during our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Many extras provided, complimentary coffee and tea was so appreciated. Spacious BBQ area has everything you need for cooking. Pool area is beautiful. Housekeeping provided and done efficiently. Staff are friendly and willing to help in any way. We found Bubali to be very clean and offers many comforts. Owners are on site, very friendly and caring

Nice modern apartment

Clean apartment with good kitchen appliances. Comfortable bed. 4 min drive to eagle beach, walking distance to retail services. Onsite parking. Easy check in. Able to open doors and windows for a cooling breeze through the rooms. Large common area with pool and BBQ.

We enjoyed our stay although the unit we had originally booked was being renovated and we moved into the unit we rented on the third day. I was unhappy with the first rental because of the view outside of the balcony. Location is perfect- 3 min walk to grocery store and another 7 min to the best beach in the world. The gas barbecue was great and we bought fresh fish and steaks several times. Shower in unit was great. Bed not the most comfortable- a memory foam topper would be so nice. The housekeeping staff work hard to keep the area clean. All in all a very good rental and definitely would consider renting again.

The apartments, studios and houses offer a modern decoration distributed mostly with living room, open kitchen, private rooms and bathrooms, fully equipped to make you feel at home. In addition, all accommodation includes a private parking space. There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer for free use.
In the common areas you can find a pool with whirlpools to relax, an outdoor kitchen with grill, a coffee station, workstation with WIFI and a lobby surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants that will keep you cool during your stay.
