Top floor condo (end unit)with incredible views over the Folly marsh. Nestled between two bridges and set conveniently just off Folly Road, so quiet and peaceful! Located only one mile to the beach and shopping. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a seafood restaurant and a seafood market. Walking and bike lanes heading in each direction from the condo.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and stocked with all household supplies you need to have carefree time settling in.

Master suite has queen bed, TV/Nexflix, ceiling fan and a private full bathroom with shower & tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV/Netflix, ceiling fan, marsh-view and full bathroom with shower & tub which is adjacent to the bedroom door.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishware with granite countertops.

Laundry nook with stacked large capacity washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board. Household supplies included.

Includes assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking space. No boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Please note this property is not equipped with an elevator. There are 45 stairs or 4 flights to the entry door.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. Great location for a girls weekend. Would def recommend this location. Will say if you’re over the age of 65 I would recommend a lower floor. We are 45 yrs old and climbing those stairs lol was intense.

Great place with easy access to folly beach!

I really enjoyed my time at this location! It gets you out of the traffic that’s headed into folly beach and was 4 minutes from lost dog cafe which is the best breakfast I’ve had in awhile! Definitely will stay here again!
