Free Airport Pick Up, 40 Mbps Internet, Safe, comfortable and central located, 2 blocks from the park "El Olivar" and the French embassy. Find banks, notaries, restaurants, Cafés, public transport. in less than 3 blocks. Ideal as a temporary office and accommodation.
It is intended to be used as a temporary office with the possibility to stay overnight. It is extremely versatile, the Studio can be used as a temporary office and accommodation. We can replace the bed for one or two futons ( sofa beds). It also comes with Air conditioning, 32 "HD TV, cable, internet (WiFi ), inkjet printer , kitchenette , hair dryer, trouser steam , closet , fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and Etc., a nice bathroom but the most important a lot of space to have a comfortable staying.

In 5 years that we have been offering the studio, I have never run into a complaint like this one.
The first 2 days of the guest arrival, we faced a technical problem that we couldn't fix immediately because it was a weekend and the fact that we are not a hotel. But we try to do our best and we offer him to move to another apartment with A/C in the same place, but he said that it wasn't necessary and that it wasn't a big problem since we gave him a fan.
Another thing that surprises us is the high expectation that some people have when they are paying USD36.- a day for 377 square feet studio with a king bed. The temperature in Lima during the night time is just 22 Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit.
I have no more to say.
