The large lounge has sliding doors to allow you to enjoy the mountain breeze and make the very most of the spectacular setting. It comes with TV, DVD and stereo for your comfort and enjoyment. The villa has a large modern well equipped kitchen, which leads into the stylish dinning area, again with panoramic views and large sliding windows.

The pool deck, while not being overlooked in any direction, enjoys views of the sea to the front and the coconut palms to the left and right. A truly magical setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

To make the most of beautiful Thai weather the house has a sala for you to enjoy alfresco dining or simply to sit and relax in its shade with your favourite cocktail. Equally the sala is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the islands far out to sea, it has a fan and lighting for your comfort.

The living areas and bedrooms are all fully air conditioned and the house is beautifully furnished with contemporary Thai furniture. The outside areas are equipped with sunloungers and comfortable dinning furniture.

During your stay the Villa is serviced with twice weekly cleaning and linen change and optional extras such as private maid, laundry service, or private cook for that special night in.

The Villa is located in a residential development on Samuis north shore, 2 minutes drive from the lovely peaceful Ban Tai Beach with its fabulous seafood restaurants; approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from the bustling nightlife of chaweng.
Due to the hillside location a rental car is necessary.

Villa Kao-Lom truly is paradise on Samui.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.

A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.

Due to the current drought on Koh Samui, there is no government water. A water truck delivery will cost THB1000 (if required)
