Good service for a nice stay

Tidy and serviceable flat with the bonus garage parking and a heat pump. The property owner was prompt, friendly & thorough with communication, which made for a comfortable stay without even meeting. Close to town, shops, and the beach - would book again.

Good short stay

Pros: Tidy spacious unit. Communication with property owner. Clean linen. Well furnished. Locked garage. Close to city and supermarkets. Cons: Noisy due to on the main road. Awkward in using toilet at night from ground floor bedroom (as the toilet is adjacent to upstairs bedroom).

Good location for business travel in Christchurch. Clean adequately kitted. Bed is firm. TV only worked with 1 channel.

Comfy home away from home

This was my first time visiting Christchurch and I had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything you need - a kitchen to cook your meals, a comfy lounge area, a washer and even a garage for your car. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. And the apartment is close to downtown Christchurch- a few minutes by car and about 30 minutes by foot. Grocery stores and shopping are also close by. The owners are very helpful and just a phone call away . I had a great time and would definitely stay again at the apartment.
