Good sized condo setup well for use

great kings beach location, made for easy access to ski mountains, beach, and trails. Condo layout great for family, ample room for cooking, playing cards, and relaxing by fire.

Ski trip

Property in great location. We had some issues with cleanliness, had to come in door washing sheets and towels and some of the beds were uncomfortable. Place needs to be updated. Property Manager Esmeralda, was helpful with my complaints.

Gross & horrible beds - avoid at all cost

This place was awful. Beds were horrible and we left after one night of sleeping in hell. The furniture was all grandma's old stuff and filthy. Not updated since late 1970s. Cheap, dirty and horrible linens and beds. A hard pass!

Great location; needs updates

Location and layout of the property was great for our family. However the BEDS were the worst we have ever experienced. Bed in master being the worst of the worst. Hard to enjoy vacation when you cant sleep.
