Includes private bath, living area, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and outdoor grill with lakeview patio area. Also included is a private boat dock, easily accessible with direct lake access for kayaks, canoes, jet skis (motorboats not included).

Lake Wallenpaupack is a 5,700 acre, 13 mile long power boat lake and is a major outdoor recreation destination known as the 'Crown Jewel' of the Pocono Mountains. Very clean and wonderful host!

Space was very clean, host was flexible on arrival time and very accommodating. Parking was tight, it’s a decent walk to the dock. No kitchen and smaller sized bathroom. Great place to stay overnight!! Longer then that can be difficult without the kitchen utilization.

Lake loft

This rental is in a good location of the lake and has a private dock. However I would not recommend for large groups or friends. The listing was not clear that the rental space was a part of their personal property it was more like a private room. The bed set up was also different than the listing which wasn’t a problem for our group but could be for others. It was not clear that no more than 6 people are allowed on the property so our friend who joined us on the lake were not allowed on the property in the afternoon even though they were not staying with us. The listing was not ready at check in at 4 and we did not receive the access code until almost 5pm. The host made all the guests in your party incredibly uncomfortable and was unkind during the whole process. The host encouraged all communication to be completed outside of VRBO.

Traveler made a reservation for 6 guests for one night and requested to arrive four hours early to leave cars parked and kayak. The request was granted. Unfortunately, more than 6 people arrived along with extra vehicles. Guests made the it very awkward for check in because there were too many people and then they were later that 4pm getting off the water and back to the property. It took time to explain that no more than 6 guests were to be on the property and that the two room suite is not meant for large groups or parties. The description clearly describes the space as a "Woodlands Loft" and suite in a larger home. Additional people and cars was not appreciated and really puts a host in an awkward position when expected to give entry to their home. I would rent to this guest again but only with better communication from guest on group size not exceeding maximum number of guests.
