About this property

The main level of the house has a furnished kitchen with fridge, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee pot, and complete laundry room. The main level also contains a dining room, living room with fireplace, half bath and large windows. The master bedroom is also on the main floor and includes a king sized bed, and a private bathroom complete with a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. On the lower level you will find a family room with large screen TV and walk out patio, bedroom with 2 queen beds, bedroom with 1 full bed, kids play room, and a full bathroom with shower. We also have two air mattresses and a pack-and-play. It has a two-car attached garage for your vehicle! This location is a great family escape, and we hope that many people can enjoy our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

This house would be perfect for a group of friends or family members who would like to take advantage of the fantastic fishing & boating that North Wheeler Recreation Area has to offer. The property has a large shop which can be used for boat storage (upon availability) and also has dog kennels in it. There is a campground nearby if your group is still too large. We also have another rental property at this location, North Wheeler Bunkhouse. It is our goal to make you as comfortable as possible while enjoying your get away time! It should give you that home away from home feeling. The campground to the south includes a boat dock and beach area.
