Come "CATCH AN ISLAND ATTITUDE" in this beach decor cottage with open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. This cottage may accommodate up to 4 guests with a double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A bonus room features a full size washer and dryer. The unit also features 2 car parking, side patio, back patio with gas grill. It's just steps away from the clubhouse where you will find a pool, hot tubs, mini golf and much more. The private beach is less than 5 minutes away and has another oversized pool and cafe Golf carts can be rented at the marina and are an excellent way to get around the resort and cruise to the private beach with pool. Also at the marina you will find a boat rental, a boutique, a small grocery store, a salon and a restuarant. With all this, you will never want to leave!! So come to "CATCH AN ISLAND ATTITUDE" and experience island living at it's best !!

The location is perfect! It’s Within walking distance (or golf cart driving distance) to the beach, pools and 2 restaurants. We felt very safe and had a great time visiting with family.

Our stay was outstanding. Place was clean and had all the little things needed to make you feel at home. Highly recommend renting the golf cart for easy access to pools, tennis, beach, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Best 50th Anniversary ever!

Great house that was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long stay. Hosts (we met) were very welcoming and gracious. The community had everything you could possibly need for a fun time. The use of the golf cart was great too! We absolutely LOVED our stay and have already booked a couple months next year, We were welcomed with a plate of chocolates, water, and a 50th Anniversary card! Jo and Jackie were the best!!

Excellent location with many amenities! Property was tidy and clean and offered extras such as beach towels, beach umbrella, detergent for washer & many little thoughtful "extras". Host was responsive when we had questions and very helpful. The island itself is awesome-two pools, golf carts to get around, beach directly across the street, and a small grocer you can get to in your cart with ease. Everything on the island is well-maintained and treated with pride. Local eats are just a short drive away in Fort Pierce and Jensen Beach. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again!
