Enjoy your favorite beverage on a large balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton, wonderful location to see the fireworks and beautiful panoramic views of the sunsets. This condo complex is gated and in a wonderful location just off of Hwy 7 South (Central Ave), boat rental and several marina's are within view. It is located just minutes away from the mall, many restaurants, and everyone's favorite Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. This is a lower floor unit with only 5 steps to the front door from the parking lot. This condo offers everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have a 50" 4k TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, free WiFi, HD cable service, and a washer and dryer. Come enjoy the views, pool, and amazing location of our condo.

We basically used the condo for sleeping and getting settled after an active day away from the unit. I would like to have had more information about the master bedroom TV because the two teens were in the great room watching football where the TV worked great. I have stayed in places before where instructions came with how to operate a TV not easily figured out. We did not take photos except in the National Forest and the Great Diamond dig.It was a very good location and we enjoyed it very much.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time! The condo was comfy, the balcony overlooked the lake, the area was safe and quiet. We had a really great time. The condo was the cleanest I've ever seen.

Amazing View!!!

My wife and I stayed with our two sons (5 and 2) for the week. We arrived to the most beautiful sunset over the lake that I’ve ever seen. The condo was very well appointed, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The TV in the living room was HUGE! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our family. Grocery store, restaurants, and gas were very close. Our sons fished off the dock each night. The owner/property manager was very helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!
