Literally 150 meters from the Palais des Festivals, just behind rue d'Antibes , brand new ( completely renovated in March 2017) 1 bedroom flat super quiet with a large patio to enjoy an aperitive just off the buzz of the Palais and la Croisette...
The flat is situated in the buzz of cannes behind the Croisette and Palais des festival but at the rear of the building which makes it super quiet. It is very modern, with a lovely living room including a kitchenette ( american bar with stools), a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and next door a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs is a very large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a desk, there is a possibility to add a kid's bed or baby's cot as well ( can be provided by the owner). The large patio offers a relaxing area with an outside lounge to enjoy a drink after a long day working or at the beach ;-)!
The flat cannot be more cenntral and is therefore next to all convenient shops of rue d'Antibes and la Croisette, the Forville market for typical and local food as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, supermarket ( monoprix), the train station is 100 meters away, the airport buses stop is also less than 200 meters away in front of the town hall, the ferreies for the Lerins Islands is also just 10 minutes walk as well as the harbour. The Beaches from la Croisette are literally 1 minute away and all best bars, restaurants ans clubs are just outside of the flat! the location of this flat makes it unique to enjoy the vibrant life of Cannes with a unique peaceful atmosphere inside and absolutely no noise once you are home!
