Access the beautiful Frankton walking and cycle track from the property. A local’s favourite, this track takes you directly into town (approx. 3 km) or to the other side of Lake Wakatipu. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every 15 minutes.

Lake Edge – Featuring an exclusive use outdoor entertaining area that opens onto the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Features a outdoor lounge suite and Webber BBQ. Pour a glass of wine, sit back and relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range.

Luxury - New to the holiday market, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The entrance & garage is on the upper ground level. Please note: A separate 1-bedroom apartment is also on this level. (If you have a large family, ask about renting both apartments). The master bedroom with private balcony and the second bedroom each with ensuite bathrooms are on the top level.
