We gathered her for our family reunion and had a fantastic stay. The owners have thought of everything to entertain children and adults and have provided all of the entertainment and needed equipment in an ideal setting. The cabin was clean, comfortable and completely stocked with everything we needed.

Thanks so much for the kind words. We do everything we can to accommodate our guests and because our cabin as well as our outside area is so large it is hard to make everything as perfect as we can. Thanks again for staying with us!
The owners thought of pretty much everything to make the stay amazing. There were so many thoughtful touches. We had a great time, there was something for every age!
This is our second trip to "The Nest". We love this Oasis, the serenity and ability to just have fun with the whole family and not worry about any neighbors. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and bond with our family members. Thankyou so much!

We could not ask for a better renter than youselves as well and hope to see you again in the future!
Beautiful property tucked away in the Idaho mountains. This place is perfectly secluded and has many adventures throughout the lodge and property. We loved the lake, diving boards, slide and water craft. We got lots of use out of the volleyball court. The sand was amazing. The kids loved exploring and then relaxing with a movie in the movie room. Lots to do for all ages. Thanks for such a perfect getaway!

Thanks so much for your kind words! You guys were excellent guests in every way as well.
This place was wonderful. We like quiet, private, peaceful, spacious places. This was all of that and more. Family reunion of our 5 children and 20 grandchildren. The kids said it was the best bonding experience they have ever had. Host Randy was great and fully invested in making sure we had a good time. I would definitely return.
This place had it all. It was the best stocked (towels, blankets, toys, dishes, etc..) place we’ve ever stayed at and had so many fun things to do. Even with the weather being chillier than we had planned we still had tons of fun. The outdoor space is amazing. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and zip lined. We rented a side by side and realized we really didn’t need it. There was so much to do. Would totally recommend this hidden beauty of a place to anyone.
We gathered our family from PA, CA, ID, and UT for an amazing reunion....the first time we had all been together in 5 years. This was the PERFECT gathering place! We were impressed and blown away by this place...everything was exactly as described in the description and pictures. Randy was extremely friendly and helpful...and was quick to answer any questions we had. We can’t say enough great things about this property...plenty of fun things to do for everyone!! This is definitely a place we will come back to!

These guests were great in every way and was the perfect group! We loved having them stay with us and hope they come back soon! Thanks so much Chaleace for being so clean and going the extra mile as guests!
We had a great time! I loved that we didn't have to travel anywhere to have fun. My kids said over and over again how much they liked the place. I wish we'd realized there was a french fry maker before we planned our menu! The zipline is definitely for older kids only. It's a tad bit dangerous and all three of my kids that tried it got minor scraps and bruises. Host was fabulous and made sure we had all we needed. We had a great time!

Thanks so much for the kind words regarding your recent stay and glad you had a blast like everyone else who has stayed here. Yes the Zip Line is not for the "faint of heart" and that is clearly stated as to who is old and strong enough to ride it. Thanks again for staying with us!
This quiet, fun, and beautiful place spoke to my soul. Loved every minute of it. We had a family group and everyone had fun. We swam in the small lake, zip lined, used the hot tub, played ping pong, played air hockey, used the frizbee golf lawn, played volley ball, used the fryer, played with the kids in the play room and watched a movie. So much fun and a little relaxation. Loved the peaceful quiet of the lake and just took some time to sit and relax. Something for everyone. We would love to do this again.
We held a family reunion for a large group ages 0-76 and everyone had a wonderful time. Beautiful location, SO much to do, plenty of room to spread out, and total privacy and seclusion. So many little details to enjoy and fun little corners to explore.
The one thing I would mention is that although there is WiFi, it is very low bandwidth and is unreliable. Don't count on being able to work/study/etc or even make wifi calls while on site. It's about a 15 minute drive back down the canyon to decent cell service. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of if anyone in your group needs reliable internet access.

Thanks so much for the kind words. You guys were great guests for sure. In regards to the slow Wifi issues we are on a Hughes satellite system an unfortunately that is all we can do for our guests. We have comments in our welcome book warning of slow Internet / wifi speeds but maybe we should do more to warn our guests who have to have occasional faster speeds. Thanks again for the kind words and note on the Wifi Issue as we are always looking for a system that will give us high speed.
This incredible property has something for everyone at any age. Even though it wasn't the warmest weather while we were there, our family thoroughly enjoyed the theater, game, and toy rooms during the rain and wind, and any time the sun was out, we were in the lake swimming and paddling around, playing horseshoes etc, and roasting marshmallows. We know this isn't possible, but my little grandkids do wish there was a little zipline so they can be like their crazy uncles who went down the big one! Brave little people wanted this in the comments ha ha!
The kitchen is extremely well appointed and we had many fun meals together inside and out. The hosts are wonderful and always available. We appreciate the heads up they gave us to park away from where branches may be falling out of the large trees due to the wind.
We have now made wonderful memories here for two years and hope to do it again next year. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You guys are the best!

These guests were among the best we have ever hosted following all rules and especially going way over and above with washing towels and bedding before they left the property. Wish we had more like these folks!
Our stay at The Nest was fantastic. It was the perfect retreat for our family. The accommodations were great. There is so much to do there. Our family will definitely be back. Jerry H.

These were excellent repeat guest who we appreciate so much!
We had a family reunion with about 30 people in attendance. There were so many fun things to do that we barely did any of our planned activities. The lake is such a perfect feature as it allowed all ages to have fun and it was close enough to easily keep track of those coming and going.
One thing we noticed was the little things they have done to make the stay more comfortable and welcoming.
I can't recommend this cabin enough. We are working on dates to come back in two years!
Everyone was so impressed with this property and with all the amenities. Such a beautiful place, like a hidden oasis and something for everyone to do. We all had a wonderful time during our stay and the most repeated statement, "I want to come here ever year." Thanks
Great venue for a women's retreat! We would totally come back here again. Next time we would put out balloons to indicate where the driveway is so our ladies don't take another 4-mile detour into the canyon, lol. Also, be prepared to only call/text via wifi-calling. It was actually really nice that people couldn't have easy access to the internet. Would be a great selling point for families who want their kids off the technology for a weekend. We did yoga on the concrete pad overlooking the lake. Loved the 50s room and all the extra little things that made this venue spectacular. There is something for everyone here!
This place has everything a family would ever want on vacation from a popcorn machine, deep friyer[for great French firs{, milkshake machine and everything you would ever need. Zip line for the teens was a major hit. The owners are wonderful people and extremely interested in making your holiday special.
The Nest is an absolutely beautiful property with something for everyone. The location is incredibly serene with enough activities and space for everyone. The house is so immaculately clean and so well-supplied, that it does not even feel like a VRBO. The hosts are very helpful. We had a wonderful stay - Thank you!
What a great property! There were 29 of us and the house was plenty big. There was so much to do inside and outside. The owners were awesome, super helpful and accommodating. We are planning on coming back.

We purchased this 'GEM' about 35 minutes away from our home in Idaho Falls back in 2018 along with two of our children.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this ONE OF A KIND property because it was originally built with family and group entertainment from top to bottom. We knew immediately that we wanted to share this unique property with others who are looking for the perfect place for enjoyment for all ages and a perfect place to spend time with family and friends!
What makes this property unique
This property sits on 150 acres with no close neighbors and easy access from I-15 as well as close to all city amenities if needed within 35 minutes! It has tons of things to do in and around the property and area of Wolverine Canyon, just a few miles east of Firth Idaho in the mountains of Eastern Idaho. Wintertime is discounted but it is a beautiful area for winter fun of all types. Road is not plowed past cabin so winter time exploration opportunities are abundant with a hot tub and hot drink waiting for you back at the cabin!
