Extremely satisfied
We traveled to Yerevan with our 5 year old, 7 month old, and my inlaws and this apartment was the perfect place to call home. They had top of the line kitchen appliances, clean and new beds, furniture, bathrooms and showers. They had a laundry machine and dryer which is hard to come across in Yerevan. There was a playground and a swimming pool right outside the patio, which was a great way to spend some time with my son while the others rested, and very helpful to beat the July heat. The location is at a higher altitude than Yerevan so it's breezier and had crisp clean air. The view of Ararat from the living room is reason enough to stay here. Waking up to that view was really a great treat. The hosts were amazing in helping us navigate through our vacation. They gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants, drivers, and other details we asked for. They had one of the on site managers greet and help us during our entire stAy. He set us up with wifI, telephone, a maid to help clean the place, and anything else we needed while we were there. The hosts were even kind enough to stock the fridge with some basics for us to have something to eat when we arrived. Honestly one of the best things about our trip was the place we stayed and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale experience in Yerevan. FYI, the building and swimming pool have handicap accommodations. There's also a gym that you could take advantage of. If we travel back to Yerevan I would definitely try to book the same place again. Thank you Vatche and Seta for opening your home to us and I know others will love it as much as we did.
