The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

Fredericksburg
Founded in 1846 by German immigrants, Fredericksburg has retained much of its German history, with many of the older buildings keeping their original German styles. Stonehenge II
Originally erected for fun by two locals residents, Stonehenge II is 90% as wide as the original and 60% high. It has recently been relocated to the grounds of the Hill Country Arts Foundation along with two 13-ft. tall Easter Island heads and is well worth a visit.
