It is on the top floor of the 17th century family house, in small fishing village Lepetane, first line from the sea (5 meters away). There are beaches 5 minutes away, beach bars 10-15 minutes away, and beautiful coastal towns are close enough to visit, but far enough not to disturb your peace. (Tivat 4 km, Kotor 12 km, Herceg Novi 16 km, Budva 25 km, Dubrovnik 50 km...)
