MERRY MOOSE - LUXURY LODGE ACCOMODATION

Set right in the heart of the Clare Valley Wine Region, the Merry Moose Retreat is surrounded by vineyards and stunning scenery .

Minutes to all the major attractions including 100 metres from historic Horrocks Cottage, picturesque Riesling Trail, and close to numerous wineries.
Set in a spacious open planned architecturally designed retreat, with all the modern creature comforts.

Each bedroom offers a king size bed, ensuite, walk in robes, tv, and air conditioning.

Priced at $280 per night for 2 guests
Additional adults - $ 70 per night per person

Minimum stay of 2 nights
Minimum stay 3 nights if long weekend.
Some provisions for breakfast included.

Base rate is use of house with 1 bedroom and en-suite only.

If different sleeping arrangements are required please message me prior to booking. Additional cost for opening second bedroom required. If Merry Moose unavailable for your required dates we also have a stone cottage Willow & Vines in Sevenhill.

Lovely property well located for visiting Clare Valley wineries. Thoughtful and generous breakfast supplies and treats a lovely surprise. Happy Moose is very spacious - the aircon, bathroom heating and fire make it cosy. Enjoyed the kitchen after a couple of weeks travelling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Merry Moose was an amazing place to stay!Beautiful location within the Clare Valley. Not in Clare, but close enough to everything. Our tour operator for the winery tour (not part of the booking) picked us up from the front door.Spacious, clean, stylish (we loved the art work... and the Moose!).Wonderful, comfortable bed. Excellent amenities (washing machine, dryer). Large bathroom.Kitchen well-equipped, with a collection of common items that were well-maintained and fresh.Extremely thoughtful food items in the fridge - bread, milk, eggs. And a coffee machine with pods.Overall, one of the best places I've stayed at!Thank you, Merry Moose!!

We love staying at merry moose so central for all our walks and wineries plus great restaurant UPPside just 500meters south with great food and they do takeaway but merry moose has great provisions so fantastic and the wood fire is great when it’s cold but there is aircon too it’s a relaxing house lots of games too

We stayed for a weekend get away and on arrival we were greeted with the most amazing property with chilled vibes and relaxing atmosphere.We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast items supplied and how well the shelves were stocked. One of the best places we have stayed at in a while.We all agreed it's worth another visit!!!

Merry Moose in winter

Merry Moose is a great place to stay for a few days in the Clare Valley. Modern amenities, wood fire and all the provisions you could want, and really well located between the local settlements and wineries.Traffic noise from the adjacent main road was the only downside which might affect some, but otherwise highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the Merry Moose! Beautiful home in a lovely and handy location. Breakfast supplies are also a lovely touch. The fireplace was very special for those chilly nights!
