The terrace takes the whole front of the building, with a sweeping 180degree view of Beirut to the left, across the mountain range to the right. The garden and sitting area are suitable for entertaining and having meals.
The apartment is completely finished, with some additions being made as and when guests are not around, not to inconvenience them. All the essential areas are completely equipped and decorated. The apartment is regularly serviced and maintained. It is equipped with all the facilities expected in a luxury apartment.
Guests are kindly requested to ask for orientation regarding all facilities and appliances initially, to familiarize themselves with their uses and house habits, and then they are simply expected to feel at home having access to them whenever required. The building's parking is strictly for the owners' vehicles. Taxis are allowed in to pick up or drop visitors. But visitors' vehicles shall be parked at the public park opposite the building. Visitors are allowed throughout the day, but not allowed overnight unless for rent, and if space is available.
