Trams to the city are a breeze, and you're right near the beautiful St Kilda Botanic Gardens — the perfect spot for a picnic.

There's the beach – that goes without being said – but there's also a thriving coffee culture, beautiful Victorian architecture, specialty shops, places to have a beer in the sun and one of Australia's most iconic live music venues, the Esplanade Hotel (the Espy to locals). All that, and it's only half an hour from the city.

Getting Around:
Tram to city from three blocks away, buses right out front of the building.

- A parking permit can be provided upon request. Please note, a fee of $250 will be incurred in the event of its loss.
- We strictly prohibit party bookings and penalties may be imposed.
- This property is situated in a tranquil residential building. We kindly request you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours.
- No smoking at the front of the building
- External rubbish left behind will incur a additional cleaning fee
