Williamstown - A Jewel in the West
A 5 minute walk to some great restaurants, local shopping strip, picturesque marina, historical landmarks, the Esplanade and back beach with train station around the corner.
My place is ideal for all types of visits: Business stays, holidays, or just taking time out. To use as a base to start and end your days. Just walking distance from most tourist musts.
Primarily my home, the apartment is situated on the first floor and has all the features of a home stay with host living on the premises. It is private and has a separate entrance.
The space is peaceful and quiet, spacious with contemporary style studio apartment, providing comfortable accommodation.
The train station is a 2 minute walk, so you may hear it occasionally.
NO children under 12 permitted.
NO visitors permitted to enter the property for safety, security and Insurances reasons.
Possibly not suitable for persons with walking disabilities, as there is a full flight of stairs to enter and not suitable for entertaining as no visitors are permitted.
Free Street Parking.
Check in times: 2pm-8pm (strictly)
Check out: 10am
Continental breakfast provided for the first day of your stay, until you find your bearings. It includes cereals, toast, spreads, butter, yogurt, fruit, various coffees and teas.
Cooking is only permitted in the appliances provided.
eg: Microwave, kettle, toaster, and sandwich press.
Other kitchen facilities include:
Fridge, all crockery and cutlery and glassware.
Kitchen sink, dish washing liquid and tea towels
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning.

Why they chose this property
This attic was recently renovated and everything is as new. It's clean, spacious and very comfortable. This amazing location is only walking distance to most activities in beautiful Williamstown, close to shops, restaurants, the marina and the ferry across to the CBD, historical sites, the Botanical gardens, craft and farmers markets and a choice of 3 very close train stations to get visitors where ever they want to go.
We are only a short distance form some great tourist attractions such as: The Werribee Wild Life Zoo, Werribee Mansion, Science Worx, the Art Galleries, Live Theatre, top retail outlets in Melbourne.

What makes this property unique
The home it self was designed by an architect but was built by an owner builder in 1980. It has lots of bricks and timber inside and has some very quirky angles and features which I fell in love with when I purchased the property about 4 years ago. The Attic conversion was completed in March 2020 and purposely build for home stays. Everything is completely new, clean and fresh.
