Everything was great. Two things I wished I had known beforehand was the room is located on the second floor. Also, the room does not have a microwave. You can go downstairs and use the hotel microwave. The room was very clean and the shower was great!

At first walk in we were a little hesitant- hot humid pool air filled the lobby which felt dark. However, check-in was a breeze, and the room was bright and welcoming. We found nips that fell out from the mattress when we undid the covers- but overall, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked amazingly on the hot humid weekend. We used the hot tub- which was perfection, the pool outside was great, and we were greeted pleasantly by house staff during cleaning rounds. Extra towels were made available, and every interaction with patrons and staff was pleasant. Of note: the beds were COMFY but made a *wong* noise when we first sat on them or if we moved around in our sleep too much. We investigated this and found it was just the metal stand the mattress was on. It was a great location for our weekend away, centrally located enough to what we wanted to do. We would stay here again and we fully recommend it as an affordable option for couples and families alike.

Nice Stay on The Cape

Place wasn’t fancy, but was nice, clean, comfortable, and very affordable for The Cape. Nice mid-Cape location. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was a nice touch.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

The Ambassador Inn is located mid Cape and close to many towns. It's location makes day trips easy, and having two pools to relax beside helps you enjoy it that much more.

Clean and updated

We really loved staying at this inn. It was super clean and recently updated. The beds were so comfy, we slept well. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location with lots of options nearby. We will plan to stay here again in the future.

Cape adventure

The Ambassador hotel in South Yarmouth is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modernized and gets bonus points for having a medium sized fridge in the room. The staff at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice job Ambassador hotel.

The property was very clean and updated, beautiful outside front door seating. Easy parking. Loved the rooms and the breakfast they display every morning. Would like it if there was stand up tall mirrors in the rooms but other than that everything was provided. Great staff very friendly. Close to beaches, Will definitely stay at this location again!

Girls Trip

Overall we had a great experience. The amenities and facilities were well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. The pools and hot tub is a bit dated and the stonework was broken which caused the hot tub water to be cloudy.

Fit our purposes well

Very convenient location for our weekend away. Property manager was kind enough to give us a first floor room to accommodate my limited mobility. Comfortable bed. The room was very clean but the jacuzzi needed some repairs and cleaning.
