496 is among the newest additions to the Estate Villas in Villas Del Mar. It is located on the mountainside and have breathtaking, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.

These 5,000 square foot villas all have private infinity edged pools, Jacuzzis and 2,000 square feet of terraces. These unique and grand vacation homes offers every modern convenience and the ultimate in luxurious living; they are the culmination of everything that is Villas Del Mar.

Your booking of this luxury villa, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel. Villas del Mar 496 is about a 4 minute walk from the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: The Palmilla Golf course will be transitioning to a fully private course as of January 2025 and will no longer be available to book without a membership.
