Enjoy indoor/ outdoor living with an open concept living room and wrap-around sliding doors leading into the most gorgeous outdoor patio. The patio showcases a stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a BBQ ,and a firepit to warm up on those cooler nights or roast s’mores with the kids. There is plenty of patio furniture to relax by the pool and host family dinner on the outdoor dining table.


Some additional amenities include turning the home into your day spa with massage, facials, nails and hair services. Enjoy feasting with your friends and family and adding a chef and butler service to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. Whether you choose to hire a chef or cook yourself, our kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and hosting needs.

The house and views are beautiful and the Del Mar group is very responsive to your needs. Palmilla Property is great and you can get everywhere in the golf carts.Wonderful stay!

Great villa to decompress

Casita 28 is perfectly located. Close to tennis and pickleball courts, gym and the beach. Not to mention the great peaceful views at night.

Perfect family getaway

The villa was incredible. The rooms were perfect with amazing views and the kitchen and family room all opens up to the view of the ocean. Had a great time eating dinners outside while the kids swam in the pool. The beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride away and you can’t beat the location and amenities. We want to come back soon!

Spectacular!!

Across the bay at night on weekends can see a live fireworks show. Temperature was hot so being able to swim in the pool at night was breath taking. Appreciate how clean and neat everything is

Outstanding and luxurious vibes!

If you want to feel spoiled this spot is it! Very high class feels, luxurious surroundings, accommodating concierge. The views are stunning and the pool is set up for a perfect mind release! The upstairs is also a little separated which is nice if you want some privacy but still in a group setting. The beach is so close and private as well. The entire grounds feels very safe and easy to navigate. Would for sure stay again when I get the opportunity! Close by shops, restaurants and mini market as well.

Wonderful Spring Vacation

That view...is to die for. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom because we wanted to wake up to a view at our feet and it was stunning the property is wonderful with all the amenities, a pool and jacuzzi. Full kitchen, all the TVs were apple TV enabled so we could fall asleep to Netflix. The beach in front of the property is one of the few swimmable beaches in cabo and lots of restaurants 5 to 15 minutes away.

Beautiful home with great views

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Beginning with the very helpful and responsive concierge services through the support we received while we were there. The indoor spaces felt fresh, comfortable and inviting. The outdoor spaces were great too. The pool and hot tub made for a great gathering environment and the views were spectacular. We loved being able to take a golf cart ride to dinner,tennis, pickleball, and the grocery store. The beach was also convenient. We will definitely be back.

Stunning property and views

The views of the ocean and golf course are phenomenal! The home was very clean and spacious. The beach is walking distance but we took the golf carts which was so nice. There was everything we needed for the beach in the garage. Each room has their own master bathroom, the beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We were greeted upon arrival by concierge and the maid came 3 times a week to keep the place spotless. It was overall an amazing stay for me, my family and friends. We will definitely be coming back.

New Year’s Family Vacation

We had 5 adults, 4 children, and one spoiled dog with us this year at Casita 28. The check in process was incredibly smooth and the owners/management were available for anything we needed. The view from the home was spectacular and the neighborhood is top notch!! After enjoying the pool and hot tub, we’re able to watch all of the fireworks from Club 96, One and Only Palmilla, and every other resort along the coast from our back porch. Sipping cocktails by the large fire pit made the evening incredibly relaxing and memorable!! We also enjoyed easy access with our two golf carts to enjoy the neighborhood and eating tasty food at Espiritu and the Shoppes at Palmilla. Thanks so much to the owners and management for a wonderful vacation!!
