Sundowner First Chair Condo is close to everything! You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. You and your group will love the convenience!

This ground-level studio can accommodate up to four people. After a long day on the slopes, kick back by the wood-burning fireplace and take in a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or enjoy a beer on the large balcony. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen and bar seating for four people.

Other amenities include central laundry facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Ground floor makes everything an ease. Location is perfect for Main Street and slope access.

Long Weekend in Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures make this unit look nicer than it is. The unit needs a good bit of maintenance repairs. It would have been nice to go on the deck, but it was full of snow and ice. The management company was very responsive to issues we had with the unit. The location is good - walk to shuttle.
