We have stayed here before and love the location, the quietness of the neighborhood and the views from all around. Easy walk to downtown but love that we can just stay and relax and do nothing if we want. Nicely laid out and love that there are 1.5 bathrooms. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in ever!!!

Great condo

We enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge. The property had an easy check-in and was very clean. It was in a great location within walking distance for many of our activities and eating locations. We also liked the peaceful and serene view of the mountains that surrounded Woods Manor.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Updated Scandi aesthetic. Check in process was seamless. Underground parking was a plus. The only minor issues were one window did not open (it was very warm the first day) and there is zero closet space accessible to guests. Overall we loved the stay and would recommend to others.

Mountain Getaway

The property was nice. There were plenty of spaces for my family of 5 to sleep. The location is just off main Street which made it very easy to walk into town. Would rent again.

Nice Location

Very nice location. Easy two minute walk to bus. Brown north route to ski. Brown south to Mill stop on return. Garage was much appreciated. Kitchen is bare minimum equipped if you plan to cook.

Wonderful Family Vacay

The condo was exactly as described. We love the decor in the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The only recommendations we could make are to update the couch situation in the living room and add a TV in the master bedroom.

Easy walk to main strip and shuttle stop

Great location and nicely appointed, clean condo. We had everything we needed, customer service was responsive in a timely manner when I had questions. I would stay here again and I’m picky.

The perfect getaway

Impeccably clean! This was the perfect home base while hubby and I spent our 15th anniversary in Breck. The littlest of things were thought out from the recommendations of where to go to the instant pot where I made my famous “quick” and French press for that perfect coffeethat made us feel right at home. The fireplace was cozy while we enjoyed some wine while we whined down watching some college football. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Breck Summer Break

Propery was close to everywhere we went. It was a warm week for Breckenridge, but opening windows brought a nice breeze to cool unit. The only thing we missed, was a balcony. Also there were stairs to unit, but there was also an elevator in garage. Appreciated having a luggage cart, since we stayed for a week and brought in groceries along with our luggage.

Winter/Pre-Christmas Get-Away

Stayed December 16-22 PROS: -Location was great/convenient -Bedding was wonderful -Sofas were comfy -Water pressure for shower was very good. CONS: -No Welcome Letter upon entering the unit (we did receive our information packet upon check in at the office) but nothing inside the unit that would explain where the jacuzzi, game room, steam room were located (we stumbled upon these our last day there). That there was an under ground garage (happened to see another car come out from there, otherwise we wouldn't have know it existed). Information pertaining to the FREE BUS Route (it did, indeed, pick you up at the end of the driveway, but it would have been nice to know the schedule and which buses took you where). -No TV in Bedroom. Just an inconvenience. -Bedroom Lighting wasn't pretty dark in the early mornings or in the evenings. Take the table lamp from the living room and put on the dresser and it's a game changer. -My biggest disappointment was no acknowledgment of the Holiday Season. This is a personal issue I had and should no way sway you from booking this property. I'm well aware not everyone celebrates the Holidays that fall at the end of December...so this CON is for the owners to reconsider next year. As it was a real downer that there wasn't ANYTHING in the unit that would tell you it's the most wonderful time of the year. SIDE NOTE: You can walk to everything in town and that includes skiing (NOTE, keep walking down Broken Lance Drive and behind the first large resort, you can walk directly into the ski rental place and walk right onto the line for the ski lift...we stumbled upon that ourselves). I HIGHLY recommend getting a rental car at the airport upon arriving in Denver. It's pricey, but worth it... parking is super cheap, but fills up quickly. NOTE; You don't pay for parking in the early morning hours on Main Street, it's free until 10am. Restaurants: Literally tons of choices. And nearly every place we went to had GREAT customer service. Breakfast: Daylight Donuts (unbelievable donuts), Blue Moose Cafe (get their hot cinnamon roll ) Bars: Napper Tandy's Dinner: Salt Creek ( go upstairs to Napper Tandy's and have a White Russian before your dinner. You can bring your drink down to your Salt Creek Table) The Crepe Cart was fabulous for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert...PRICEY, and LONG lines but worth it!

Property was so clean, very spacious and has everything you need. We are from Texas and I anm a middle aged menopausal woman and are used to AC, this unit had none and it did get hot inside. The management company did bring us two fans! Easy walking distance to Main Street! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at this property while we came up to Breckenridge to relax for a few days. We were able to walk downtown within seven minutes. The downstairs garage and lockers would be wonderful for a ski vacation. We appreciated the elevators and luggage carts. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciate these owners sharing their cozy condo!

The window blinds in all rooms, as well as the top of the fridge, were covered in dust. They had not been cleaned in months. It might be helpful to review the cleaning process to make sure everything is being properly taken care of. Overall, the stay was nice and budget-friendly, we would not stay there again. On June 6th between 10 pm and 11 pm, the fire alarm in the elevator sounded, which led to the building being evacuated until the Breck Fire Department arrived and confirmed everyone’s safety. It would be great to get an update from the management team regarding what happened and any steps being taken to prevent future issues.

Condo in Breckenridge

We stayed over a long weekend. Clean and cozy. Very nicely decorated. Only 10 minute walk to the nearest lift. 15 minutes to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Fireplace fan makes loud noise and amenities in kitchen were minimal. Not even salt.bathroom floors were freezing cold.

Exactly as Advertised

I was a bit worried when I first got the check in instructions regarding having to be there at 4, going to some other building, etc., that all sounded like a giant pain. A few days prior, I did receive an email with codes for door and building which made it super easy. All we had to do was show up and enter at our convenience. Unit was exactly as advertised - clean, nice, great location. Parking is super tight in the garage. If you have a large vehicle you're better off parking in the lot. Parking was a bit tight would be my only complaint, and this was in the summer. Can't imagine what it's like in the winter. We could walk to Breckenridge Brewery, a good breakfast spot across the street, and the rest of the main shopping center. Great unit that will not disappoint. Super clean. Bedding and towels were clean and nice. Thanks for the stay, we had a blast!!!

Easy Breck Stay

Our family of 5 (small children, it would be tight with that many large people) recently stayed here for a short ski vacation. We found that the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and lovely, check-in was really easy, and the kitchen well-appointed. We were able to walk to town for dinner. We took the free town shuttle to Beaver Run- the stop is really close. The ride was a little long on the way there but quick on the way back. All in all, we appreciated the ease and quality of the condo!

Ski trip

The condo was located a few blocks from downtown. Everything within the unit was as advertised. The bed was comfortable and that's sometimes hard to find for a 6'-3"guy like me. The gas fireplace kept us warm and toasty even when the temperatures outside were below zero. The garage was an added plus. All in all a great place to stay in Breckenridge.
