Nestled on the top floor of Breckenridge sought-after Trails End Condominiums, this penthouse retreat (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) boasts 560 square feet of cozy comfort and exudes the irresistible charm of Breckenridge's classic ski town vibe. From the moment you step inside, you'll be enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance that promises a memorable stay.
As you enter, your eyes will be drawn to the newly installed hardwood floors that glisten beneath your feet. Freshly painted walls provide a clean canvas for your mountain adventures, while a brand-new stone fireplace takes center stage, offering both style and warmth on those chilly nights. The full bathroom has undergone a stunning remodel, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit has all the modern amenities you could desire. The kitchen is a true gem, equipped with everything you need, from a microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher to a refrigerator and coffee maker. The wood cabinet kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils, allowing you to whip up your favorite home-cooked dishes with ease. Gather around the quaint dining table, which seats four, and savor your creations in the comfort of your own unit.
After a day of exploring the breathtaking mountain landscapes, sink into the large, plush couch or recline in the inviting rocking chair. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
As if that weren't enough, guests can revel in seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. Dive into the indoor/outdoor heated pool, freshen up in the changing rooms, unwind in indoor and outdoor hot tubs, or simply soak up the sun in a relaxing tanning area.
