Great Comfort with Amazing Views

My 2 girls (12 and 7) and I stayed at the Ice Building and this suite for 1 month during our house renovations in Roncesvalles Village. Wanted to change from our typical setting and scenery and experience living with a view of the city and the Lake which this property gave us an opportunity to fully appreciate! Accommodating host made our stay easy to enjoy.

Location couldn't be better!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location not far from the CN Tower, Roger's Stadium and harbour. Being on the 40th floor, the views are amazing. Was met by Alex on arrival which made check in very easy. My only criticism is the kitchen could be a little better equipped and definitely need a full size ironing board. Apart from that everything was great and didn't really detract from our very enjoyable stay.

Epicenter of Toronto at your doorstep

If convenience is key, this suite at 12 York is king. You will be challenged to find a more central location in the heart of Toronto. The views from the suite were incredibly motivating/ captivating. Great place to decompress after a busy day of sightseeing. Comfortably slept our family of 5 full grown kids/ adults. The Longos grocery store (with Starbucks) just across York street was a major perk. Building was quiet at night. A few areas in suite appear to need a little touching up but by no means did this detract from the overall experience. Had secure spot for our rental car as well but not much need for a car once we got there. Owner was very pleasant to work with and uber-accomodating to our requests.

This apartment/condo is an ideal location to visit all of downtown Toronto. Easy access to multiple venues and lots to see/shop/eat. I highly recommend for the business traveler, the conference attendee, or the family vacation!
