Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of resturants within walking distance. Place was clean as well as the grounds and pool. We would stay here again. Ann was very helpful and accomodating.

Perfect location

Our entire stay in this condo was very positive. It is close to restaurants, shopping centre, trails and only 10min walk to a beach. The condo was well furnished and equipped. There are only two things we did not like. Patio is too small and hidden in too much of vegetation and the internet is probably slower than dial-up used to be.

a quiet retreat in the garden

This well appointed condo is large, airy and comfortable. There is plenty space to stretch out and relax including a balcony with table, chairs and a barbeque. The king size bed in the master bedroom is remarkably comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to climb to this condo but it is certainly worth it once you are there surrounded by trees and greenery. Ann-Marie is a kind and responsive host who helped make this trip a success.

Two weeks in Puerto Vallarta

The property is traditional Mexico, which is what we prefer. It is full of wonderful foliage trees and exotic plants. The noise level is very good due to the extent of the Palm trees and such. The bus stop, taxi, uber is right outside the entrance which has guards on duty 24/7. It is very private and the heated pool is great to relax in never to crowded plenty of lounge chairs. A large shopping mall is within walking distance. Ann was very accommodating and always easy to reach if needed from booking right up to time to leave. All the dishes and cooking utensils you need to cook at home or many of the best places in town are with in walking distance. Toucan Freddie's is a must for breakfast and Casa Guadalajara for dinner and Mariachi music after 8 Make reservations for dinner Thanks so much and when we return this is defiantly where we will stay hopefully Ann's place is available for that date.

Great place!

We stayed with our family of five for a week. This met all of our needs quite nicely. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. We drank tap water the whole week and had no issues. It is very convenient to walk to local stores and restaurants. The beach access is about a 10 minute walk, and you have to cross the busy main road, but we didn't mind that. We loved the jungle of plants and trees surrounding the condos that really separated us from the surroundings and kept things quiet. We used the local bus system to get around for the most part, and it was very easy access from the airport. At 10 pesos per person per ride, it's a bargain. There is a bus stop for northbound traffic immediately next to the gates of the condo, and southbound is across the street and a block down. We used Uber for a couple of things that were farther away, and they picked us up right at the gates. Had a great time in Puerto Vallarta and it was nice to have a calm home base to come back to each time. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo right by ocean and food!

We stayed at this condo during the "off" season (start of August) when it is very humid and hot in PV. This condo, therefore, was such a haven and provided some much needed respite from the heat. We had everything we needed as far as amenities and were able to cook and clean as needed. The condo is also in a great location - it's about a 20 minute walk from Costco (which was pretty cool, but turned out not really necessary for our purposes) but only like 3 min walk from a massive, kind of hidden mall (Caracol, I believe it's called). Inside the mall was a huge grocery store that we went to for all of our needs throughout the stay. Super convenient and easy (though I would bring reusable bags!). A bit southwest from the condo is a neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants and just north of the condo is a food market (food trucks, good atmosphere, music) that opens at 4pm, which we went to several times. We were also pleased to find that there was a beach umbrella stored away in one of the closets and we easily transported everything we needed to the beach (though I wouldn't want to make several trips because it's about a 10 min walk). The pool was really nice too and well taken care of. I would 10000% stay here again. The landscaping blew our minds!! Ann, the host, was extremely communicative and easy to reach. We had an iguana friend stay in the trees right above our balcony throughout the week What a treat!

Amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta

We had a wonderful week in Ann & John’s spacious 2 bedroom condo. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. All the cooking necessities and so much bed space. Furniture was very comfortable! The patio was beautiful as were the grounds and pool. Everyone in the complex was extremely friendly. Security was fantastic. Ann & John were great, attentive hosts and we would highly recommend there place to stay again and again!
