The apartment located in the north of the city, next to Tel Aviv Port. The original port of modern Tel Aviv, it is now not used for commercial shipping and has been converted into a massive compound of leisure.
It's unique wooden boardwalk is lined with cafes, bars, restaurants, clothing stores, and ice cream parlors, all of which are set within the converted hangers that date back from the time this was a commercial port. There are also amazing nightclubs at Tel Aviv Port and other hangers are used for concerts and other events. Many people take a bike tour of Tel Aviv starting from the port and working down along the coast, or across into the Yarkon Park, Tel Aviv’s green lung.

Why they chose this property
This well designed, spacious and well-lit 2-bedroom apartment is located 150m from the beach in the charming district of Tel Aviv. It is next to the port (Namal Tel Aviv), a 5 min walk to the main Dizengoff st. and a walking distance to the famous Hayarkon river and more. The complex was completely renovated and the apartment is brand new - since July 2018. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the sea and explore the city.
