This family villa has a pool, outdoor bar & sitting area plus a fully equipped BBQ all set within a quite and semi - private environment. The indoor space is arranged in 3 floors (ground, first level and second level) with 5 bedrooms - 2 on the upper floor with private sea view balconies, 2 interconnecting rooms on the ground floor, a a big open space studio on the lower lever, 3 shower rooms, 2 big open plan kitchen / dining areas and big living spaces with access to a spacious sea view balcony and steps to the swimming pool and BBQ areas.
The size of the three story villa is approx 350 sq.m. and comfortably sleeps 11 to 13 people. It is ideal for families with kids or groups of friends with an open - space plan indoor arrangement, direct access to the garden, swimming pool area and BBQ space.
It is situated within a 5' downhill walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Palio. There is free covered parking space for 4 cars outside the main gate of the villa.

Wonderful Ocean view home
Wonderful large house for our group of 13 people and a baby. The view of the ocean was glorious. The owner (JoJo) was very attentive and answered any question quickly. Her pool guy and gardener were very nice and kept the place looking pristine. We used the pool every day it was wonderful. The location was amazing with a beach bar just a short walk down the hill. Easy 10 minute drive to Nea Iraklista and 20 minutes from Kavala. There was a great coffee shop/bakery just down the street. The outdoor grill set up was amazing, and there was plenty of shade to enjoy the pool and have respite from the Greek sun.
A few points of improvement…
It would have been helpful to have someone meet us when we checked in, to show us all the light switches (there were many and not all of them worked) and teach us to use the outdoor oven. Two upstairs bedrooms have great A/C but other rooms can get warm in the midst of a 40 year heat wave in July.
I would highly recommend this property. With all the rooms and balconies there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. With the overall large size of the pool deck, outdoor eating area and living areas, there was more than enough room for the entire family to enjoy time together. We would definitely return to this excellent Greek oasis.

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus ist ziemlich alt und das Mobiliar dementsprechend auch sehr alt. Wir mussten zunächst die Unterkunft sauber machen, damit man da wohnen kann.
Unten gibt es keine Klima Anlage, das Haus heizt sich also auf.
Ein alter Schrank war bei unserer Ankunft defekt. Beim öffnen viel die Türe aus den Scharnieren direkt neben uns. Zum Glück wurde niemand verletzt. Das Highlight ist, dass wir den Schrank und einen Boden als defekt reklamiert bekommen haben und uns wurden nochmal 200€ berechnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu diesem Thema war sehr schlecht. Zunächst wollte sie uns den defekt reklamieren. Danach ging das anscheinend nicht und uns wurden die 200€ per Überweisung versprochen. Auch das ist nicht geschehen. Auf Nachrichten reagiert die Vermieterin auch nicht mehr. Achtung: alte kaputte Möbel werden als defekt reklamiert und man soll eine Strafe zahlen.
Leider war das ein schlechtes Erlebnis.

Schöne Lage aber ungepflegt.
Das Haus an sich ist in einer schönen Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Haus ist ziemlich groß und gut ausgestattet. Dennoch haben wir uns nicht Wohl gefühlt da die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lies. Der Pool ist groß aber an den Fließen und Fugen ist Schimmel zu sehen. Das Schlafzimmer im Keller riecht modrig und auch an den Wänden ist die Feuchtigkeit zu sehen. Die anderen Schlafzimmer sind angenehm und auch mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Grillplatz ist schön und hat eine Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Kühlschränke waren ebenfalls ziemlich Dreckig und beim öffnen kam ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. In der Küche waren ziemlich viele Ameisen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos mit gutem Englisch.

Dużo miejsca i świetna lokalizacja
Dom jest ogromny i pięknie położony bez trudu pomieścił 12 osób. Jest cicho i można znakomicie wypocząć. Przeszkadzało nieco brak dwóch oddzielnych sypialni na najniższym poziomie (Konieczność przechodzenia do łazienki przez sypialnię innej osoby)
