Great Location: We are just north of the Air Force Academy. We often have guests here that are going to weddings and events at the Flying Horse, Younger Ranch, Spruce Mountain and Larkspur.

A Beautiful Colorado Springs home with panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Rockies from most of rooms!

Great family house

Property was clean and very well equipped. Owners were great to work with and there are lots of things to do and see in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed being able to show off our lovely state with family from out of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun Place and Great location

It was a nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable but upgraded pans and pots would have been nice to have and upstairs toilet kept clogging. They were very responsive when you needed help though and we had a great time!

Beautiful area and very accommodating. My daughter got married at Younger Ranch not far from there and we had the rehearsal dinner there and the wedding party stayed the night so polenta l of room for a big group!

Nice home with room for everyone!

We stayed at this home to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at Spruce mountain. We had 12 people and had room for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed. The patio was nice for outdoor meals. Overall very nice house.

Awesome Thanksgiving weekend

Three generations of our family stayed in the wonderful home for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The space is great, the kitchen is well equipped. The owners responded very quickly when we had a question - on Thanksgiving day! We all had a blast sledding down the hill on the south side of the property. We hope to come back again next Thanksgiving!

Beautiful house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a beautiful spacious home in a very nice location, close to the Air Force Academy and an easy drive to all other Colorado Springs attractions. The amenities and appliances were all new and immaculate. We were a little disappointed that there was no way to watch DVDs, but everything else was perfect!

Perfect for our family!

We enjoyed our stay as I had my extended family with me for my son's wedding. We all had our own area that provided some privacy and the kids loves all the different areas of the house. It was hot and this house does not have central air but the swamp coolers worked well and I loved the fresh air at night. The owners were easy to contact and very nice and pleasant to work!! This was perfect for us and we have wonderful memories and beautiful pictures!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing Place!

We loved our stay at this vacation home. My sister and I are always nervous about staying in hotels because we are concerned about germs! :) This place exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful! I will mention the basement did have a pet smell but nothing major. I’m just not a pet person so it seemed like maybe there had been a pet before? :) Not a dirty pet and no stains!! Just smelled like a pet. :) Gorgeous location and place to hike near by and very clean. We all loved it!

Nice for several families staying together

The house was great but would’ve been more enjoyable staying in the cooler months. We were uncomfortably warm as house has no a/c. Cooling fans were helpful at night but during the day there was no relief even with all the windows and doors open, and 14 people in the house. We were bummed that We bought a bunch of stuff to grill and ended up having to try to cook it all in the kitchen (so hot!) because the grill didn’t work. Overall, it was a nice space for all of us to get together! Home renters were very quick to respond with any of our questions.

This property was absolutely a beautiful. It accommodated everything we needed. It has a washer and dryer in the rooms were nice and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful, and there were a lot of of them. They kept you stocked up on coffee and all the essentials and the host was amazing and super easy to get a hold of. I was so happy that we chose to stay here. I suggest this to anybody who stays in Colorado Springs Colorado Springs area.

It looked more like an open floor plan on the website but they had a large dining table we could all gather at for our dinner and devotion time. Having all those teens and a septic system made me nervous but they did a good job following directions. The no AC shocked us at first however, the evening did cool down and it got comfortable fairly quickly. We would go back!

Just Plain Amazing

Stayed here for our son’s wedding at Flying Horse Ranch. Our group of family and friends loved everything. We were at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect location with easy access to so much in the area. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space, inside and out. Spent time every morning enjoying coffee and the view from the living room. Evenings included stargazing on the back patio and fun talks around the large dining table. The hosts for this home are wonderful to work with. Responsive, professional and helpful. This home and its hosts are true gems..

The views of Pikes Peak are gorgeous. The house is centrally located. to Colorado Springs and Denver. The days are sunny and warm and the nights are cool. Sitting on the front lawn taking in the view, you get the feeling of peacefulness and quiet. This is the perfect get-away location.

What makes this property unique

We LOVE the whole-house water filter system (drink filtered water from any facet) and the FLOOR HEAT in this house andThere is nothing like waking up in the morning and having a warm floor to walk on.
We also love the peaceful, quietness here with beautiful views of the mountain and big blue sky. At night, you can see all the stars because we are shielded from the city lights.
