My husband and I bought this townhome in 2012 on the recommendation of friends who had recently bought a home in Jupiter. We live in Wayne, PA and love to visit in the off-season when our kids are on vacation from school or by ourselves to enjoy a break from our usual routine.
Why they chose this property
We looked at a lot of places, but the care the association takes to keep up the grounds was a great selling point. The proximity to the beach, which is a 5 minute walk, and to the beautiful new Riverwalk along the Intracoastal which starts at the corner of Ocean Way and US 1 makes taking a scenic walk very convenient. I love the private patio where I can eat my breakfast while watching the palm trees sway.
What makes this property unique
There is so much to do in and near Jupiter. Palm Beach International Airport is under 30 minutes away. Jupiter offers great shopping, gourmet dining, professional baseball at nearby Roger Dean Stadium, lots of parks and walking paths, Maltz Jupiter Theater. Roger Dean Stadium is home to both the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals during spring training and to four minor league teams durign the summer months. Jupiter is an easy drive to the historic towns of Palm Beach and Lake Worth. The Honda Classic in nearby PGA National Resort is a big draw as is SunFest Music Festival in Palm Beach.
