Steps to Beach, Private Boutique Bungalow

This is upsetting for us, as we try extremely hard to please every single guest. We’ve accommodated thousands of guests, meanwhile, I can’t recall a rating/review such as this. We upgraded Mary and gave her an early checkin. Upon check in, she said everything was wonderful. Then that evening, she said the mattress was too firm for her, while many guests boast about the comfort of our beds. Nonetheless, we told Mary we’d overnight a mattress topper which we did. The following morning, Mary insisted on vacating, claiming her “Yorkie and her were stressed”. We can’t be any closer to beach access, as from our driveway, you cross a mellow 2 lane road, where the beach access starts. From the front of the property you see and hear the ocean. From the private patio, you get a peek at the ocean. We will continue with our commitment to be descriptive, transparent and provide the best service possible.
