About this property

This property is located directly on the Intracoastal waterway. The apartment is on the end of the Triplex building. It overlooks the heated swimming pool and has waterfront views from the living room and master bedroom. The boat dock is available for up to a 40' boat.

The property is adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from the apartment to tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and boat ramp, very convenient for launching your watercraft. You will really enjoy relaxing poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees pass by. In the evening, view the lovely sunsets waterside while enjoying an outdoor fire.

This property is located at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 15 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.
Five minute easy access to FL Turnpike and I-95, fifteen minutes from Palm Bch. Int'l. Airport and only a couple miles to the beautiful beaches of Singer Island and Juno Beach. We are within minutes to the Garden's Mall, many wonderful open-air shopping promenades, several terrific restaurants and golf courses, including PGA National Resort & Spa. This is the perfect vacation or corporate housing destination. Everything you could need or want is literally within minutes of here!

Great location, fun boats

It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for a couples stay

This is our third time staying at the property. Jim and Teri are great hosts and very quick to help and answer questions. The location is perfect and the unit is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We’ll continue to plan our trips around this property availability.
