4th of July long wknd

This townhouse is beautiful and bedrooms are very spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a nice bonus since we were traveling with my elderly parents. Check in emails and codes are very easy and communication with the owner was excellent. Very short walk to the pool and shuttle service comes right to the door for the lodge. Will definitely stay again.

Great property for a group reunion

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and looked the same as the photos provided. Plenty of space for our group of 6 with room to spare. Perfect location in the resort area. The owner was easy to deal with and promptly answered any questions I had.

The place was great, porch opens up right to the Southwind slopes. This is true ski in/out. A few minor maintenance items here and there but overall you just can’t beat the value. The family loved it, if it’s available we will book again next year.

Stayed in this great place for 2 nights to attend a corporate party at the lodge. The owner was communicative to the highest level. I will without doubt rent this property in the future, hopefully, with a 4 foot base of snow. LOL Great place!

Summer get away

What a great time. Everything we experienced exceeded our expectations. Jim was a joy to deal with, all bases covered. Any information that he could provide to help us was provided without request. The property was very clean and organized, everything had a place. I'm not sure what we enjoyed the most, the clubhouse pool and hot tub or the quick access to the Alpine Slide and chairlifts to the resort in the valley below. 5 stars all the way, we can't wait for our next trip.

7 Springs Cozy Townhome

Great location, nice accommodations. This property is not truly ski in/ski out because the lift associated to the property is not working and hasn't for almost 3 years now. Property has a cleaning fee, yet extensive cleaning requirements. Ice maker in freezer does not work. Property has a gate, garage code and door code to enter property. Overall- nice accommodations for the price.

Hi Danielle, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We're disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We were surprised by your comment in regard to the ski lift. During your stay, the lift was not operational due to low snowfall and a safety inspection was just completed by Vail resorts. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry we do request guests perform some minimal tasks such as remove their perishable items and taking out the trash etc. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Most importantly it is a true ski in/ski out the only caveat being the access lift for ski in closes at 7:30 pm. bedrooms are more spacious than your average condo at 7-springs and there is a BR for each BR. Owner very nice and accessible. 6 chairs around the table (I brought a small fold up as we were 7)). The living area is tight for more than 4. Southwinds is at the top w/ direct access to the main slope so at least there is less dependance on long stretches of access trails to be covered w/ blown snow if the natural snow is sparse. (such as village trail). would stay again. Thank you.

Thank you for your kind comments. However, the guest stayed during the week, Monday through Friday morning. The ski lift is operational until 7:30 pm during the week. During the weekends, Friday evening until Sunday evening, the ski lift is operational to 10:00pm.

Southwind Townhome

We had an awesome time. This was our 26th annual trip to Seven Springs. For 8 years in a row we had rented the same townhome in Sunridge. The owner sold her unit last year so we had to find a new home to stay in. I am so happy we found a great replacement in Southwind. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the ski out feature of the home being able to ski right off the deck. We were unhappy to find out that the Southwind ski lift was not working. When we booked the house in August is was listed as Ski in/Ski out. It was an easy walk back to the house. The first two days of our trip it snowed non stop. We certainly picked the right weekend! We hope to book the same time again next season!

The resort provided ground transportation from the ski trail pick-up point back to the property, during the weekends and holiday Mondays. Great Location - but no bathtub use

All of the bathtubs (x3) had the drain plugs removed so they couldn’t be used. Assuming to save $20 in water bills which is ridiculous for a rental. We have a newborn and little kids so finding this out wasn’t fun and cheapens the experience. Otherwise, house was nice and clean. No issues with appliances or other things, everything worked as it should. Great location to literally ski in & out from back door. Just bring your own bathtub drain plugs if you intend to use.

Couple thoughts

We came in from out of town. The owner called me and gave some helpful hints about getting in the property. Using the alarm, etc Flashlight was key !! The place was very comfortable and fit 6 adults perfectly. It was cemtrally located too. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and other various kitchens items. I’d strongly suggest that the owner either provide small single soap bars in showers or a large container of body wash. Also non-perishable condiments like salt and pepper. Finally having a supply of some laundry soap would be a key thing. Thank you for letting us use your place. Trece Odonnell

We had such a great stay at this home!
