The location is perfect for everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The beach is only 1 block from the condo with 2 very nice size pools, with restaurants and shopping nearby. Our host John, was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We love it there this is our second time coming back just a different building a unit. But it was just as nice as the first one. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Love the pools the restaurant staff was excellent.

John's condo is in a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, living room furniture superb and the kitchen was a joy to prepare meals in. We loved our stay here. John accodmated us very well and always answered any questions we had. Walking distance to the beach, we were about 15-20 mins drive from the strip and boardwalk but we didn’t mind it because of heavy traffic and loud noises. This place is great to get away and relax.

Nice location in Myrtle Beach Arcadian Shores

Overall a nice property. Great value for property size and location. As clean as any property we have seen recently. Quiet area with uncrowded (pre-summer) Beach about a 5 minute walk. 3rd floor could be an issue for some but only really taxing 1st and last day. If we come back to Myrtle Beach would definitely stay here again.

I am conflicted in doing this review because if i tell everyone how great this was property was, then it may be harder to book in the future. Perfect location, all the amenities you need in condo. Not an issue for us but may be an issue for others is the 3 flights of stairs (60 steps) to the 3rd floor condo. In February, the onsite pool is not heated but will be from mid march on. Five minute walk to be on the Grand Strand 60 mile beach. On-site bar has excellent food / pool tables and nightly activities. Overall 10 out of 10 in our opinion.

Great value and location!

We enjoyed our stay at Arcadian Dunes. The unit is well equipped with both a K-cup and a drip coffee maker, the fridge has an ice maker and there are all the cookware and utensils you should need. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The walk to the beach was only 4 minutes through the memorial park. The unit is on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings and skylights.which makes it bright and airy. Having researched the property we were aware that stairs had to be navigated to reach the unit. At 68, we didn't find them an issue. There are several landings if you need to take a pause. In fact, as frequent golfers, we carried our golf clubs up and down at least a dozen times and didn't find the 48 steps a hardship. The complex is located in a neighbourhood that is nice and quiet. It also has very nice amenities. Overall, we have no hesitation in highly recommending this unit.

Pleasant residential beach vibe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. This was a different experience for our family as this was our first time in a unit that was not beachfront. However, beach access was very convenient with an easy walk - although unlike the description of “100 steps”, it is actually over 400 from the parking lot. Pools were very nice, clean, and relaxing except for the “pool police” who constantly monitored to ensure no fun was being had. I understand and respect enforcing general rules but this was ridiculous. Unit was very clean and enjoyable but there were ants. Also, we were on third floor which was fine - we are an athletic family but toting a week’s worth of luggage up and down narrow steps with no elevator is a tad inconvenient. Only issue we had was that the washer was not working. But manager was great at communicating and agreed to issue modest refund for the inconvenience. It took until end of week to repair so we only got once use from it. A parking pass should be included with a weekly rental, come on guys. These aren’t intended to sound like complaints because we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Dunes. Just wanting to give potential guests all the info.

I have been to Myrtle Beach for the Beach and the golf in the past , I stayed here at Arcadian Dunes and loved the close proximity to the beach , Golf courses , Groceries , Bars and Shopping .

Being from north of South Carolina , It seemed like the perfect spot to purchase this Rental Property.

I have owned a property in Florida for 8 years , I have experience with rental policies and clients needs that come with providing a great rental experience.
