As fotos não enganaram em nada. O apartamento é realmente muito lindo, confortável e tudo muito novo. Tudo foi montado de muito bom gosto. A visão que temos da orla inteira é realmente incrível. Nunca estive em uma acomodação com um proprietário tão atencioso. Voltarei com certeza mais vezes e indico 1000 vezes de olhos fechados!

Apartamento MARAVILHOSO, bem localizado, seguro, confortável. Fica em frente a praia no último andar do prédio, podemos ver toda a praia do apartamento. Também é possível fazer um churrasco na sacada gourmet contemplando a linda vista do mar. O proprietário nos deu total apoio em todo o período que fiquei no apartamento. RECOMENDO A TODOS!!!

Especial ficar nesse apartamento. Tudo limpo, aconchegante, móveis novo e decoração linda demais. Todas as camas são confortáveis, varanda gourmet maravilhosa, tv já tem até Netflix com assinatura. E tudo que se faz dentro do apto tem vista para o mar, o que fica melhor ainda. Tem vista do pôr do sol da varanda incomparável.

Imóvel excelente, tudo novo, condiz com as fotos.
Excelente imóvel, novo, espaçoso e aconchegante. Ótima vista do mar. O proprietário Aluísio está sempre pronto para tirar dúvidas ou ajudar no que for necessário. As fotos condiz com o apartamento. O mesmo estava limpo e pronto para entrar. Recomendo 100%.
