CasasIn condhotel is located in the new residential area of Playa del Carmen separated from Playacar by the federal road and at 1.4 miles from the famous 5th Ave and the best beaches downtown. It is a Safe Heaven, new, nicely decorated and quiet for you to relax wholly. There is 3 different categories (Deluxe, Superior and Junior Suite) each of them offering: a bedroom with king size bed and A/C, TV, safety box, ceiling fans, a living room with sofa (it can be acomodated for a third guest), table and chairs, complete kitchenette with a fridge and a stove, coffee machine, balcony, full bathroom, closets, cable flat screen TV, WiFi. Housework is included every 2 days. The Junior Suite has an extra bedroom with single bunk beds, A/C in the living room and an extra balcony. There is an elevator. You can relax in the pool or a deck chair after a day at the beach.
