Lithuanian rustic Villa with sauna, lake and total privacy surrounded by nature

If you need privacy for your time with your family or to have party with your friends this property is what you need. You will live in beautiful landscape, surrounded by forest which is 150metres away, grassland and lake is just outside the house. From terrace you can listen for birds while drinking a morning coffe, or feed a fishes which we grow in the lake. There is a barbeque and plenty of outside furniture in terrace, there is a trampoline and swing for a kids. There is a Sauna inside so you can jump direct to the lake from the sauna. About 100 metres from the villa there is a river we always recommend for people which are staying to take kayaks and go for a little adventure, definitely its most relaxing thing during the summer. You can rent a bikes to, or fisherman boat to catch some big trophie

Inside there is big dinner table for more than 20 people for any kind of activity - event, birthday, or just a dinner. There is a fireplace inside, near the comfortable corner seats to relax. Kitchen is provided with all tableware, and basic kitchen equipment except dishwasher and oven. Everything is in one big living room on the first floor, i assure you that you will not feel claustrophobic in this large area. One shower and toilet for house will be enough, its always more fun to refresh yourself in summer time by jumping to the lake.

On the second floor we have 2 private bedrooms and one pass room bedroom which plenty of beds. Both of the room has windows, and one room has a balcony with seats. So you can take a look around of our beautiful natural nature.

Biggest advantage is the silence and sounds of nature, you can listen while sitting in terrace. For family or friends its perfect place to have space where you can stay quietly without any interference.
