Positioned overlooking the Coral Sea and so close you will hear the water lapping on the rocks below. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the water or in the evening the lights of Townsville will light up the horizon. This well appointed apartment is a perfect place to enjoy the best of Magnetic Island.

One Bright Point is an apartment complex perched on the Bright Point headland in Nelly Bay. The blue waters of the Coral Sea are a feature that enhances the fact you are holidaying on an island in North Queensland.

This apartment is a holiday on it's own and you may decide it is too good to leave! However if you do venture out of 5201 you can enjoy the One Bright Point features of 4 guest swimming pools and small gyms and local shops, cafes and restaurants are a short stroll away.

Apartment 5201 features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedding configuration can be arranged to suit most guest requirements. The bedding options can be 3 king beds or 2 king beds and have the others separated for single beds.

The well appointed kitchen is ideal for preparing something perfect to enjoy while sitting on your balcony watching the day pass by.

Beautiful views in Nelly Bay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and rock wallabies down below. We all enjoyed the pool also. It was a warm time of year, so we used the extra fans in the bedrooms to supplement the air conditioning. We would definitely stay at this property again!

A beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nelly beach was a convenient and beautiful base to explore the island from. Our apartment had everything we needed and more. We were very comfortable. The only things that could have been a little better was that the iron leaked when we tried to use it and also some things weren’t super clean (such as a small coffee leak under the coffee machine and the shower screens weren’t really clean). Otherwise, just a beautiful place. We will be back!

Picture Postcard Views!

When we first walked into the apartment we were blown away with the blue sea view that hit us. The apartment was clean and modern and the kids loved the Foxtel! The master bed was huge (king) and so comfortable. Watching the sunrise over the water from it each morning was a fantastic way to start the day :) We ate most of our meals sitting on the balcony watching the sea and trying to spot sea turtles (we saw one!).

WOW, the views from family room, master suite and balcony were truly absolutely AMAZING. We had the huge sliding doors open all week and just loved the indoor/outdoor living, with NO INSECTS!!! 5201 is in a fantastic location within the resort - which was busy (school holidays) - but the apartment was still quiet. Will definitely be back :)

Great Location

The location was magical and all we could wish for.The pool and gardens were very well cared for and given the close proximity to the ocean, the outdoor areas were generally well maintained.Given the price of this unit we were not as impressed with the cleanliness inside.The kitchen and bathroom facilities need a thorough clean and the lounge needs sanitising.The unit is starting to look a little tired and could do with some maintenance.
