Beautiful 2 bedroom home, nestled on a quiet country street. Sleeps 5-6, a large bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen bed with full trundle bed in the smaller bedroom. A nice air-bed with extra bedding is available, if needed. Open kitchen/living area with new furniture, dining table, Smart TV with WiFi access. Fully furnished kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor propane grill. On-demand hot water heater for plenty of hot showers, large bathtub, washer/dryer; linens are provided. Large wrap-around porch. Fire pit for s’mores or cool evenings. Beautiful yard to watch the birds and deer. Trailer/RV parking available. Minutes away from premier hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling.

Many local activities include the Grand Encampment Museum (a must see!), Winter Carnival, Woodchopper's Jamboree, Copper Days, Steinley Cup brewfest, WhatFest music festival, and many more. Perfect Spot for an Outdoor Getaway

If youre looking for a clean, spacious getaway in the heart of an ubundance of outdoor recreational opportunity, this is a great place to check out. The only negative was that the washer had broke very recently before our stay and we were without laundry amenities, but we were able to get things worked out to get us through the time there. The deck is great and the kitchen has plenty of room to handle meal prep if you chose to go that route. All in all this is a great place with a great host, highly recommended!

Absolute Serenity!

This is the first place I have stayed in that looked exactly as it did on the internet. The inside was also wonderful and so well maintained. We were so very pleased after trying for two years to get it booked. It exceeded our expectations, and the cabin has anything that you could possibly need. The owner's Mom, who lives near, was so sweet and friendly and had no problem with us arriving a little early. I will definitely return again if the chance ever comes up. We loved watching the deer and birds off of the back deck. They came every morning and evening.

Let me start by saying the hosts were very accommodating and I never reached out to them with the issues I had, the negative review is purely the house itself. The house itself was fine, however it smells like cigarettes, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the hot water has to be full blast to work so you either have scalding hot or ice cold, no in between. Place looked like it had been cleaned but still wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. Owners let us check in early and seemed to be nice people. Had I reached out about the issues they may very well have helped us but instead we decided to leave the night before we were supposed to check out. It was 83 in the house at 8 at night still and made it extremely difficult to get any sleep.

We loved the location! Had daily visits from the deer and birds. It was a perfect time of us to visit in early October. The fall colors were in full bloom. We were able to golf one day in Saratoga and the next day explore the Snowy Range.We dined locally and visited the hot springs. The house was cozy and we had to use the AC and heat on our stay. I liked the convenience of coded entry. The only thing I did not like was the house says it's a smoke free home yet the house had a cigarette smoke smell. I may have an overly sensitive nose. We would still stay again.

Very quiet and comfortable. We easily were able explore the surrounding area and enjoying the Medicine Bow mountain range. This home is very clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The deer and the hummingbirds are very entertaining

Great property tucked back in the trees, squeaky clean and well equipped, comfy beds and overall accommodation. The deck was fabulous with the bird feeders and wildlife. Absolutely loved it!

Edge of town with the best views

The long driveway is great for trailers. We came in to sled and enjoy the great mountain views. We appreciate the quick response to all of our questions and accommodations provided. The big deck opens up to wonderful sunrise views with mountains and wildlife. We would recommend Amanda and Ken if you are in the area, anytime of year. Thanks

Perfect location for mountain access

Spent the week snowmobiling the back country, in both the Sierra Madre's and Snowy's. Very easy and short drive to either for parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet, wifi, and all the necessities of home in the kitchen for making meals, etc. Great communication with hosts!
