This charming home, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood is 10 minutes from the WMA. Black River and Current River are close and ideal for duck hunting, fishing, trap range, and water sports. It is 2 minutes from all local restaurants, shopping, a paved, outdoor walking track, tennis courts/pool, and local airport. Our local community center offers golf, basketball, volleyball, weight rooms, racquetball, an indoor track, and a kids recreational area, located less than 5 minute from this house.

This home is excellent for business, recreational, and personal travel. It sits on a large, one acre lot surrounded with beautiful, grand pine trees shading a spacious deck perfect for grilling and morning coffee. The plentiful living room houses a large 55” smart tv with local cable and Wi-Fi as well as comfortable, plush furniture to make you feel at home. A quaint, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen also offers a two-stool bar, dishwasher and all cooking amenities. Basic breakfast items provided. Laundry room has a clean washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The airy three bedrooms have plush linens and accommodate a king, a queen, and two twin beds, with large closets. The master bedroom offers a half bath for privacy. The large full bath has a handicap accessible, walk-in shower, and plenty of counter space. All luxury linens for bed, bath and kitchen are provided as well as infant pack-n-play and highchair. The house has well lit covered parking and carport, as well as, front porch access.

We stayed for just two nights, as we were there for a funeral. This home is very comfortable and located in a nice, quiet small neighborhood. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. The owner was very nice and gave excellent arrival instructions.

We spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Us Great-Aunts taught cooking to Great-niece. It was fun. Celebrated a birthday. Reminised family times. Ate, drank tea & soda. Played games. Took photos. It rained a lot of the time there. But we stayed and enjoyed each other's company.

We needed a place for family coming in from out of town for a funeral. This place worked out very nice for that. Chairs on the back porch and grill are older and will probably need to be replaced soon. The kitchen is small but was sufficient for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Could not have been any more PERFECT

We felt so comfortable and at home for our one night stopover on our way to Illinois. The place is warm and cozy and full of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Super comfortable beds - we didn't want to get up and leave! We will absolutely be keeping this one on our list of places to stay when we're in the area!

The Lyndale House in Corning AR

This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has anything you need to prepare meals. The location is peaceful and quiet. I love the recliner in the living room, super comfy. I stayed five days in September 2019. Tami responded instantly to my text. I did day trips throughout the area and would come back to the house for a relaxing evening. After a nice hot shower, I would curl up in the luxurious bed and read before retiring. You won't want to stay at a motel ever again after you stay here. The weather was the only detriment to my trip. It turned really hot that week. With the air conditioning and the ceiling fans, you had no clue how hot it was outside. I recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.
