The property is surrounded by an olive tree garden from the south with fence ( increases safety and useful if you have a dog traveling with you) and also a big spacious garage . Outside the kitchen a big yard with two more entrances facing the Beautiful mountain to the north.
Sunny house with a view in the idyllic seaside settlement of Koutsounari. One bedroom, kitchen, a big living room, two terraces one with a sea view and one mountain view, also a garage. just couple of minutes to the famous long beach, approximately 1000 m. it's 8 km of the city of Ierapetra.There are many taverns &mini markets in the area for your convenience .Relax in the veranda, eat in local taverns or you can hike in the nearby mountains and forests of Mylonas waterfall.
In the kitchen you can find utilities that will help you prepare your meals,an oven with stove,large dish washer,fridge,pans,kettles, olive oil harvested by my family's olive trees, spices, vegetable slicer,high speed blender for smoothies, filter coffee machine, ice crusher for cocktails and many things that can help you experiment on Cretan cooking.
For the ladies there are many helpful things to prepare for a night out such as hair straightener,curling iron, beauty products you can use and all the little things that will make you feel that you are home.
There is also a cabinet filled with useful things for swimming and having fun on the long beach such as beach rackets,beach towels,cooling bags,umbrella,flip flops,sea mattress etc.
Although the house is a maisonette the guests have access to the whole first floor except the upstairs bedrooms that are still under renovation. The 4 upstairs bedrooms and Bathroom will be ready from April 2019 and on and they can accommodate 8 more persons.
This house is filled with some authentic vintage furniture that are contemporary restored . It was build as a summer house for my family. I have most of my best memories in my life growing up spending summer time in this house and many happy days swimming and having picnics at the long beach so i hope i can create the same for you as your host.
