Located on Victoria Drive, a quiet pedestrian friendly street hugging St Joseph Sound (intracoastal waterway). 26 units share pool, fitness room, BBQ,, waterfront and courtyard seating.
Guests and residents invite you to join them in gathering by the water to toast the sunset.

You will have allocated covered parking.
Under half-mile stroll is downtown Dunedin where you will find restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, 2 museums, an organic food store, weekend farmers market, parades and events. The downtown marina features a couple of restaurants, boat trips and a ferry to Clearwater beach.

We have been living in and enjoying the Tampa Bay area since 1988.
Why they chose this property
Within a short stroll Dunedin's lively downtown offers boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, farmers market and more. It's the site of annual events and parades. We were drawn to Dunedin's Scottish heritage since Anne's mother was from Glasgow and enjoy the sounds of bagpipes and the annual Highland Games. With windows facing St Josephs Sound, we knew we had found the perfect coastal retreat.
