WATERFRONT DECK PERFECT FOR ENJOYING THE OUTDOORS! This three 3/2 Bath 3 bed/2bath is on The Water And Ready For Boating, Fisherman Or Nature Lovers! Ski Beach at Venetian Gardens is just a short ride to the basin. Your own dock just outside the back door...Lovely View From Home, Deck Or Balcony..1 Hr. To Disney. The deck will be a favorite hangout with gas grill and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is upstairs with king bed, private bath (separate shower and tub) and balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful laminate flooring upstairs! Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Any guests over six, have a fee of $30 a night plus tax. We have options for additional bedding including a trundle bed in the living room and a roll-a-way kept in the upstairs master suite closet. The washer and dryer and cabinets are in the garage. We use the cabinets and a shelf in the garage for storage.

We require a signed Rental Agreement (which is sent to you by e-mail), If booking on line, the $1,000 damage deposit is held on file by the site.

Exterior (ALL 11) and interior lights need to be out at night. due to insects which love to get inside. Be respectful of neighbors. No loud music.

The only thing I would say is that the inside furniture is very uncomfortable and limited for a larger group. Everything else is just fine

Tranquil View!

We sought the tranquil feel of a waterfront property with the hope of relaxing environment. The property did not disappoint! The host, Dixie, was attentive and let us know she was available if needed. We enjoyed this property in Leesburg.

Fall fishing on Lake Harris

Our family loves this place. There are nearby parks for the kids and Lake Harris fishing for the adults. We always catch a lot of fish. House is great location and comfortable.

We are lifetime residents of the area and love waterfront living. Both of us are graduates of the University of Florida; 19 members of our family, including two daughters are UF graduates, and now we have two grandchildren in Gainesville at UF. :)

If you're not a boater, just enjoy the lovely views and the location near downtown Leesburg, a town boasting more than 100 festivals and events a year... including art, chili, beer, Christmas, Mardi Gras and the famous BIKEFEST LEESBURG. If you are a freshwater fisherman, this is a great place to park your boat or reel in the catch from the dock.
