A newly finished home nestled on a hillside with stunning views of West Seattle and peak views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Field and downtown Seattle. Walking distance to the light rail and a 3-minute uber to the Stadiums/8-minute uber to Pioneer Square & the heart of downtown. Home has a fully equipped kitchen, luxury beds & linens, a front and back deck and amenities like fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more.
We live in the apartment below the house. There is no interaction or shared space between the spaces, but if you need anything during your stay, we are available.
Access to the home is down a set of steps, may be a challenge for anyone who might have trouble getting up and down stairs.
Below the property is a hillside of protected wildlife with the freeway at the bottom.

Why they chose this property
Minutes from Century Link Stadium, Safeco Field. Balcony with views and a fenced back yard with fire pit, great for hanging out. Easy, free street parking. The property is a short distance from a couple of fantastic little spots including local breweries, wood fired pizza joints, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
