We start our day by watching the sun rise over the ocean a short 2 miles east to the Atlantic Ocean. It is a great bike ride to the beach from town. Beautiful homes & two city parks line Atlantic Blvd on your journey. Main beach provides activity center for festivals, concerts, putt-putt, volleyball, surfing and fun. In addition to Main beach, there are over 20 free beach access points along Fletcher Ave.
Many activities are available to you here on Amelia Island. Kayaking, golfing, tennis, beach time, antiquing at many eclectic shops, a stroll down Centre street, walk through the 50 block historical district, history museum, sailing, jet-ski tours, fishing, boat tours, horseback riding on the beach, festivals & concerts.
Back at home enjoy outdoor space on front porch or the back deck with a charcoal grill, and seating areas. Throughout the property are gardens with herbs & vegetables that you are welcome to enjoy. During your stay feel free to water the flowers and add a few of your own.
