This spacious open floorpan located in one of America's favorite small towns invites you to sit back and relax during your time at the beach.

With three sofa sleepers (plus a master bedroom!) and two full baths, our spacious condo is perfect for large families, a group of friends, or those that simply want more space to spreadout!

A fully stocked kitchen invites family time together or use the Grills on the beach
for evening smore's.

Ocean views abound for morning coffee on the balcony, or an evening glass of wine.

And, for those days at the beach, its just 300 steps until you reach the sand!

Conveniently located at Main Beach, it is centrally situated on Amelia Island. It's just 1.8 miles to the historic downtown and about 2 miles north of the Ritz Carlton and Omni properties.

Spring getaway

The property was excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. The property was an ideal location for getting around the island. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Spent only 2 days/3nights to check out the area. Loved the location and the condo was very clean and well equipped. Close to Fort Clinch, rode ebikes on the beach, and visited Old Town

Beachy vacay!

Overall everything went well. We had trouble with the TVs and communicated this with the owner. She was very quick to reply and sent a maintenance guy over to check it out. She did her best to fix the problem. We didn't bother her again with the issue, just enjoyed the beach. All in all, it's a nice place with a great location and owners who respond quickly.
