This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

Great location! Walked on the beach, found several good restaurants within easy reach, and had no difficulty getting to and from the event I was attending. The unit itself was welcoming and was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. Brad, the host, was happy to help if I needed anything: communication was perfect. All in all, I had a great stay and highly recommend.

The host was very welcoming and very kind. The condo was clean. It a very nice smell not a dirty used smell. Everything we could have needed was here (soap in showers, sinks and laundry). Coffee and creamers and some snack food. Place is very quiet and easy to feel like home. Look forward to coming back here and staying again and again.

It was a wonderful getaway for a family reunion of 3 adult siblings. The condo was well appointed, clean, weather was perfect, and our host was so accommodating. The host was such a pleasure to deal with. Great communication before and during our stay. We enjoyed Amelia Island and the host recommendations for local dining and events. We had the best few days and communication was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We went for walks on the beach every morning and evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Elevator available if needed and sufficient parking. The restaurant recommendations came in handy too. Super easy drive to downtown Amelia Island to walk around town and browse shops have tea and ice cream.

The condo is more beautiful than pictures show. It is equipped with everything necessary for a great time at the beach. As first-time Amelia Island vacationers, we saw a turtle in the dunes, loved the wide beach and appreciated the restaurant recommendations from our host. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay in this condo again!
