We had a wonderful long weekend here!!!

Clean, lovely condo with beautiful views of the ocean and quick access to beach for walks/swim. There were many choices for good food, places to visit and/or shopping with a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay! Fernandina is a very charming town with great entertainment.

2025 Amelia Island

The property was as advertised and clean. Several items to note are the refrigerator might be a little small for a larger group and it doesn’t have an ice maker. Also, the washer/dryer combo unit worked but does take a long time to complete a full cycle. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Fabulous Ocean View

What a wonderful first beach trip with our precious granddaughters and daughter-in-love! The view was AMAZING and access to the pier was so much fun! The pool is shaded in the late afternoon which was perfect after a day on the beach!

Great condo overlooking the beach and pool

We have always loved staying at Amelia by the Sea. My boys love to fish on the private pier and the beach is so nice and not crowded. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed!

Great Beachfront Location!

This 2-bedroom condo is a great place for a long weekend (or longer) on the beach! It's well-equipped and no more than 15 minutes from anywhere on Amelia Island. Great pool area and a private pier for fishing.

Great location and views

The location of the condo was wonderful, nice views of the ocean and took no time to walk to beach, great time to be there, hardly anyone on the beach and the weather was perfect.

Great Location

We enjoyed our first trip to Amelia Island! Amy Murphy, the property manager, was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for and the view couldn't have been better!

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed. Location was perfect. There were some restaurants within walking distance and the condo was close to downtown. We had a great time and hope to return at some point.

Fishing in pier

Amazing views and excellent family times. We will definitely return. The privacy of the complex, pier and beach is great. We enjoyed every second we were there. Pool was also great.

We had a great stay in this condo! Location is in a prime area of the Island. The balcony was such a great place to hang out. Would definitely rent this Condo again.

Beautiful view. Quiet.

Enjoyed my stay. If you have allergies to scents you might want to request unscented sheets and towels. Wonderful place I would definitely stay again. Easy walk down to the beach and pool.
